Darrell and Alisa will advise the 49ers on fitness and nutrition to create intense team workouts. The addition of certified personal trainers continues the coaches’ commitment to provide the Niners the best information available.  

Prior to joining the 49ers, Darrell trained the Central Oklahoma hockey team (ACHA D1). In addition to their work as professional trainers, Darrell competes in national bodybuilding championships and Alisa is a NPC Figure competitor.
